On the other hand, Tom doesn't wake his roomie up by watching TV at extreme volumes, to then later point at him saying "sleeping in the middle of the day is violating his right to enjoy his daily entertainment"... Sound odd? Tell the fucker to go get a headset or even his own fucking TV. THAT, ladies and gents, is the true problem. Oh and also, feel free to refrain from calling this retard a "faggot". Not a very nice thing to say. Especially since his gender preference shouldn't be a hindrance to his attitude towards his fellow humans.
