Hm, cant say I know enough to be able to list the biggest, but Id say the way the govt. double dips in poker and gambling pools. It's rediculous the way people like Bill Frist and other republican congressmen think they have the jurisdiction to take so much money away and still have the balls to try siphoning more tax from such sources as offshore bank accounts.
